Q: How do I purchase my Connect Festival ticket(s)?
A: It’s easy! To purchase your ticket:
- Go to the Connect Festival website.
- Click on 'Tickets' tab at the top of the page.
- Complete the contact pop-up window.
- Click 'Payment Info' and complete payment pop-up window.
- Your purchased ticket(s) will be sent to the email you provided.
- Print your purchased ticket(s) from your email - Each ticket will have a separate print out.
NOTE that ALL printed tickets should be held with the same assurance as any other ticket. Each ticket will have a unique barcode. Once this barcode is scanned at the Festival, the ticket becomes VOID. We strongly suggest only printing your ticket(s) ONCE. Cell phone screen-captures are accepted.

Q: Where is my ticket?
A: Please check your junk and clutter folders for the email address use for your ticket purchase.
Q: How does entry into Connect Festival’s Thursday Night Pre-party work?
A: Connect Festival's Thursday Night Pre-party Ticket Package is only available online. If you choose to join us for the Thursday Night Pre-Party and you are going to purchase or have already purchased your ticket(s) from a physical outlet you will be required to purchase a separate $40.00 /person entry into the Festival upon your arrival on Thursday, August 3, 2017. Weekend pass entry starts Friday at 9.00a.
Q: Can I purchase Connect Festival tickets when I arrive at the Festival?
A: Of course! Connect Festival 22: Terminus tickets will be available at the front gate upon your arrival - $240. If you choose to join us for the Thursday Night Pre-party on Thursday, August 3, 2017, there will be an additional $40.00 /person entry.
Q: Can I purchase a Day Pass for Connect Festival?
A: Connect Festival offers Sunday Gate Passes, they are $100.00 and are purchased at the front gate when you arrive at the Festival. Sunday admissions start on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at 9.00a.
NOTE that there is no option for just a Friday or Saturday pass.
Q: Can I get a refund on my Connect Festival ticket/ticket package?
A: Our apologies, but there are no refunds on ticket/ticket package purchases.
Q: I'm using my Mom's/Dad's/Friend's credit card to purchase my ticket, will there be an issue at the gate with this?
A: In short, yes. If your ID does not match the name(s) on the ticket(s), you will be stopped at the gate. To make your entry into the Festival as smooth as possible, please bring a photocopy of the credit card owner's credit card and id (front and back) with written and signed note authorizing this purchase.
Q: I forgot/lost my Connect Festival ticket. What can I do?
A: Whoops! You will need to find a way to get your ticket. You will be denied entry into the Festival if you are unable to provide a valid ticket. It’s never easy for us to turn anyone away from the Festival gates.
Q: When do the Connect Festival gates close?
A: Connect Festival’s front gates will be open 24 hours /day starting at 8.00a on Thursday, August 3, 2017 until 6.00a on Monday, August 7, 2017.
CAMPGROUND & PETS
Q: Is Besant Park & Campground on a fire ban too?
A: Yes. 2. In keeping with Provincial and Besant Park & Campground regulations, the campground will be on a strict fire ban. Propane BBQs and fireplaces are okay.
Q: Is there electrical availbale at Besant park & Campground?
A: Besant Park & Campground electrical sites are scarce, if not already sold out. If you require power, do not count on having a plug-in, please bring another option for a power source. Quiet generators are okay. NOTE that Connect Festival reserves the right to shut down any generators that are loud and/or create a general disturbance to your fellow neighbours.
Q: Can I reserve a site at Connect Festival?
A: No. Campsites are on a first come, first served basis. The campground fills up with Festival Attendees quickly, so be prepared to make new friends and share space.
Q: Can I come and set up my site before Connect Festival starts?
A: You can, but you will be required to pay Besant Park & Campground's nightly camping rates.
NOTE that once the Festival starts, the space you reside becomes Connect Festival space and sharing will become unavoidable.
Q: Is the water on site at Connect Festival safe to drink?
A: The water at Besant Park & Campground is not advised for human consumption. It’s very important to practice Festival smarts and bring enough drinking water (and basic nourishment) for yourself.
Q: Is there showers at Connect Festival?
A: Of course! Besant Park & Campground is pleased to offer hot and cold running showers for $1.00 a go!
Q: I heard there is Poison Ivy at Besant Park & Campground - Isthis true?
A: Yes. There is Poison Ivy at Besant Park & Campground. No matter what your friends, the stars, the moon, the bushes or the vodka tell you, keep to the trails! This will ensure you have a superior Connect Festival experience.
Q: Can I bring my Pet to Connect Festival?
A: Connect Festival loves animals! Trained and leashed pets are permitted on site for the duration of the Festival.
NOTE that the Connect Festival reserves the right to have you and your pet removed from the Festival if: You have been unrealistic in your pet's ability to deal with crowds, loud music, children or anything else that results in a complaint. The focus is on the safety, comfort and enjoyment of the Festival Attendees & Staff.

Q: Does Connect Festival have safety precautions in place?
A: Connect Festival never has and never will throw an event without professionally trained medical and security staff onsite. The safety, comfort and enjoyment of all Festival Attendees is ALWAYS our top priority.
